Conspiracy Theory
Marvin believes there is a conspiracy taking place in the Fantasy Nascar league. He doesn't like the fact that you can see everyone's active drivers after the qualifying starts. He thinks you shouldn't be able to see other team's drivers until after the race starts. I kind of agree with this, but not to the point of a conspiracy. He believes there were several suspicious moves (TJ, Ryan) at the last moment. I don't know for sure, but I suspect there may be a declaration of shananigans in the near future.

I declare shenanigans on Marvin's conspiracy theory. There are only so many racers and it will happen in some races where we all have similiar racers. If a racer does good at a certain track, then will all likely have him or have similiar picks.
I think it would be cool if we had to draft racers at the beginning of the year.
How are Ryan and I conspiring together?
Also, I don't think you can see the active drivers until the race starts. I think as soon as qualifying starts, you see their first cut. But, after qualifying starts, you can't change that first cut. Then, after the race starts, you see the actual activated drivers for the week. Which is when you can't change those anymore.
So basically, as soon as you can't change something, it's locked.
Ryan and I found some way to see who someone has active after the qualifying starts. If you click on the team, you will see their eight picks and the last column has points. It should say 0 by the ones they have active. I'm not sure they meant for you to see that though.
