Detriot City

I went to Detroit this past weekend for a Bachelor Party. It was kind of funny b/c when I came back from the trip I had never been so happy to see Cleveland in my life. The trip consisted of:

1) 8:30am start - 18 holes of golf
2) Cook-out at buddy's girlfriend's house. By they way, his girlfriend was there and so was the bachelor's soon to be wife.
* Side note: TJ.........you will definitely not have this happen on your bachelor party. Your phone will be taken and if you do not throw up by the end of the night, Jesse and I will be disappointed.
3) Drove to Detriot - 3.5 hours
4) Went to Casiono - lost $75 dollars in about 1.5 hours (was basically done betting for the night)
* Lost $50 in poker
* Lost $25 in craps
5) Went to stripclub (It was pretty good. I'd give it a 6.5)
6) Went back to Casino
7) Drove back to Cleveland

All in all it was a good weekend. Got to drink, play golf and gamble! Also, got some ideas for TJ's bachelor party which I'm pumped for.

Canton Stripclubs - How many kids do you have?

Well, let's just say that the stay in Canton has been interesting. The saving grace is that Northern Canton actually has a little bit of stuff like a Mall and a ton of food places. Not to mention a couple of strip clubs and Fox and Hound bar that has pool and ping pong tables.

One night the new guy Steve and I went out to visit Christy's stripclub. There is a Christy's in Cleveland which is full nude and is probably one of the better strip clubs. It has good reviews from everyone that I know that has been there. So how bad could Canton's version of Christy's be.

The strip club was so dark that you could barely see where you walking which was probably a good thing anyway b/c you probably didn't want to look to closely at the strippers. It would have been like looking into the sun.......it could do permanent damaget to retina. Many of the girls had not only one child but multiple children and you could tell. That's not a big deal but when I talked to one of them I asked the question about do they get to see their dad at all. She was like "Well, the first child doesn't get to see his dad much. The second child's father is somewhere else and the third child's dad......" You get the point. Lots of daddies!

Canton rating on a scale of 1-10. I'll give it a 5.5 to 6. I can't complain too much b/c it's definitely not as bad as Wilmington, DE.

Camping

Did you go camping again? By the way, how can the Reds win 16-1 and then lose 9-1 the very next night?

Treed a Coon

Yesterdee night they had the ACN company picnic. For a measly two bucks, you got catered Montgomery Inn and unlimited keg beer. Not only that, but we got to hunt some vermin. Dang coons kept comin out of the woods trying to get into our stuff. That's when me and Adam decided we had to take action. We manned the post like true soldiers. With a rock in one hand and a beer in the other, we held off them sneaky vermins. That is until one got all the way up by the shelter and by this tree. My country instincts kicked in. Without even blinking an eye, I snuck around the vermin and started barking at him. Barked him all the way up the tree. When I snapped out of it, I noticed that everyone at the park had stopped playing games, eating, and what have you. They were all staring at me and started cracking up. Apparently they don't know that's how we roll in Mulletsville.

The TJ

It looks like we lost the R from the TJR. Maybe Stacy won't let him post anymore. Hell, I was looking back to see his last activity and it took damn near 5 minutes. I see May 8th as his last post. Over a month ago. Looks like it's just me and you buddy.

Homer

I watched the game last night and he pulled off the win. He didn't pitch great. Didn't pitch terrible, just a solid start. I think he gave up 2 runs. He showed alot of poise in the 5th though when he struck the dude out w/bases loaded for the last out. Hopefully he'll make a few more solid starts this seaosn.

I saw this while out for a walk today at lunch and thought it was pretty funny. I remember my dad would yell at people who sped by when I was growing up. He should've thrown shit at them.

Still got my balls

Well, I made it out golfing twice this week, my 3rd and 4th times out this year. Looking back, my first two times I shot 59 and mid 60s. Wednesday I shot 52. I had a string of 4 bogies in a row (my goal is to boagy every hole), but then ruined the round with 3 7's at the end. I started the round with a 7 also.

Tonight I went out and what do you know ... 1st know knock it to withing 2 feet from about 175 out on my second shot and make the birdie put. What to I end up shooting ... 52. Who in the hell starts out with a birdie and then shoots 52? I had a string of 4 holes in a row where I 3 putted. My putting killed me tonight. So did anything 100 yards in. It's like I get 100 yards away and I duff every f'n shot.

Oh well, two 52's are better than 59 and above. But I always shoot for sub 50 at least once a summer.

On the bright side ... normally I start each round with 3 balls in my pocket for the round. Wednesday was the first round I can remember in awhile where I didn't lose a ball. I put the same 3 in my pocket tonight and didn't lose any tonight either.

Maybe there's hope.
